Join fellow SDA members from across the nation for our monthly virtual meeting. Our topic for July will be Transformational Leadership.

We’ll briefly review the 4 most widely accepted leadership styles and then take a deep dive into Transformational Leadership.  Transformational leadership is often identified as the single most effective style.  Some of the key characteristics of this style of leadership are the abilities to motivate and inspire followers and to direct positive changes in groups.  We’ll examine the 4 ‘I’s of Transformational Leadership and look at real world examples.  This program will be filled with lots of good take-aways and help each participant reach their own leadership potential.    

Our presenter will be Sarah Wallace, CDFA, LEED Green Associate.  Sarah is the Controller with the firm of Surber Barber Choate + Hertlien Architects in Atlanta, Georgia.
